Help everyone, my foxface rabbit fish is hanging out torwards the top of my tank (breathing through my overflow grate) and is really dark. I tried to get him to move around by moving some tongs around him and nothing. He seems to just not want to move and i believe the current is pulling him torwards the top grate, anyone have any ideas on what i can do to help?

My tank is a 60 gallon corner tank with 10 gallon sump (1 phosphate bag, 1 charcoal bag). I'll try to post some pictures here in a few, Thanks -Amir-

check basic parameters for something off - ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, salinity, temp.
