i finally finished putting these together, but they didnt turn out as perfect as i would like, so i am selling them for $250 each instead of the $350 i was gonna ask. each one has two reactors - one tube is a kalk reactor (you will still need a stirring pump and a feed pump) and the other tube is a calcium reactor (you will still need a circulation pump, feed pump and the CO2 setup)

DAYUM, ACE! Those are nice. That's less than half of what they would cost if made by someone that knew what they were doing....J/K.

:P :D

Guys, you want get 'em cheaper than this. Great job!

had some PMs about this so i thought i would explain a little

there are two separate reactors for sale

each ONE of these reactors has TWO tubes that are separate reactors.

one of the tubes is a kalk reactor similar to this (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=PM-KALKREC&Category_Code=creactor) except it does not come with a stirring pump.

http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c329/hobogato/pmkalk.jpg

the other tube is a calcium reactor similar to this (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=PA-GEO624&Category_Code=creactor) ecept it does not come with the stirring pump.

http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c329/hobogato/geocalc.jpg

if i were gonna set up one of these reactors, the follow are the stirring pumps, dosing pump, supply pump and CO2 setup that i would use (they are only recommendations - you could use different ones if you wanted) - hence these are the additional things you would need to buy to set these reactors up on your tank

kalk reactor

stirring pump (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=PW-10PX&Category_Code=Panworld) - $65

dosing pump (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=AM-70100&Category_Code=Dosers) - $83

calcium reactor

stirring pump (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=PW-30PX&Category_Code=Panworld) - $92

CO2 regulator (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=GEN-XCO2REG&Category_Code=co2units) - $90

CO2 tank (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=RF-CO2-T5&Category_Code=co2units) - $75

pH controller (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=MIL-SM122&Category_Code=Milwaukee) - $100

feed pump (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=MJ1200&Categ ory_Code=Maxijet) - $20

you might be able to find some of this stuff (or alternates) locally or used, i just posted these links for simplicity's sake.

If you ever thought about setting-up reactors, these are as cheep as your're gonna get. I don't mean in quality.
If you want to keep an SPS tank, then reactors like these are a must for the high calcium demands. They will help regulate your Alk and Ca. I would be all over one of these but we built MONSTERS for my tank. They too were made by Ace.

If anyone is going to S.A., I would gladly give them gas money to pick up one of these. It is just going to be really hard for me to get down there and I want one of these. Anyone?

I too live in N. Austin and would buy one if I could get help setting it up or detailed instructions. How many gallons will it support?

Ace.... Ever since getting the sump and you showing me these, I have been non stop thinking why I dont really need this. and how much money this is going to cost me... LOL BUT there really is no reason why I don't need it. :D

I will take one if its still available. I can paypal or come get it sometime next week. Oh, and when I come, I am going to bring my PM skimmer and have you explain it to me, because for the life of me, I don't get it.

should be home next week, just lmk what day.

btw, once these two are gone, the price will be $350 each for any i make in the future. as stated before these have some flaws so i wont charge full price for em.... that is why these two are $200 each.
