Coralife Skimmer ceramic rod needed!!!!

Hello,

When I was cleaning my skimmer the rod inside & thought the impeller and magnet (ceramic) got broken. I am not able to find anywhere, Do you guys have any ideas?? This happened yesterday so I am getting a little bit worried. I Found the impeller online with the ceramic rod, but I don't want to buy the whole thing any suggestions? anyone has a spare one?

I got the 220 gal.

Go to a hobby shop and see if they have any solid carbon fiber rod the same diameter.

Thanks, I will do that.. any other suggestions before I leave to every single place I can think of for something like this?

Oh dang I said that in your other thread.
"Are you referring to the rod that the impeller spins? I've heard great success using carbon or graphite rods available at any Hobbytown type place. Best part is you can get about 4 feet for the same price as the actual rod. Take your old one with you to match it up. I got that tip from the numerous threads about modding maxi jets and needing longer rods."

hmmm ok, that's the place I am going, the only one I know is on Blanco Rd. Inside 410. Any other locations closer to 1604 and 10?
Does a hobby loby works?
