It only took about 6 months to confirm...... Look at that shrimp in my eels mouth. Now I know what's been keeping her alive. Now I should be able to keep her alive for years to come.

LOL, haha, no I seriously lucked out with that shot. Somehow I noticed in the dark that it had hammered a ghost shrimp. Not knowing what to do and on the verge of freaking out I grabbed my camera and sat there with the lights off for almost an hour waiting to see it happen again. That shot is about 12" in a cave with no lights on in the tank. I saw it jerk forward and just started snapping shots.

I always tell Mike that his tank is an anomaly. He has some things thriving in his tank that hardly survive shipping, let alone
in an aquarium.
