PLEASE HELP...

i was moving some of my live rock around cause a coral of mine fell towards the back of the tank, and as i lifted a piece of rock i looked underneath the rock.

i noticed some white clear jelly type stuff underneath the rock. does anybody know what that stuff might be?!?!?!

please help. didnt have time to take any pics. but all advice on what it is and how to get rid of it would help.

Might be a sponge? which is a good thing.

Im 99.9% sure Its sponge. Nothing to be worried about. A picture would help.
