It's the 29G Oceanic BioCube. It comes with a 36 watt True Actinic 03 Blue Compact Fluorescent lamp and a 36 watt 10,000K Daylight Compact Fluorescent lamp. It is my first salt water tank and I love it so far.

Nice tank! It looks like you need a sweet clown fish. Do you find the top not being hinged a problem?

I thought you needed a MH to do clams? Would be sweet if we could do one under pc lighting!

The top not being hinged, one gets used to it. Like I said before, this is my first salt water tank and so far love it. I have nothing to compare :P
The clam looks great. The Paly's brilliant and the kenya tree I have already fragged once, it keeps growing and growing....

I had a couple of clowns and a Royal Gramma... something happened ... still scratching my head about it, but they died withing. I am checking parameters and the only thing slightly elevated is the Nitrates (around 20ppm).. everything else, to include inverts are looking great.

no, but if it were my tank, i would put the crocea way up on the rock work as they generally need more light than gigas or squamies. it is showing a little faded - not sure if that is the pic or not - which could mean that it isnt getting enough light.

It is the picture, but I am thinking about placing the clam higher. Thanks for the advice. Will keep posting pics as the tank matures.
