I'm making the switch to saltwater. Just bought a Oceanic 76 half round RR. For the past 3 months have had my freshies (some over 10 yrs old) in it, had to buy another tank for them. Now this one is empty while I plan my system.

Louis at Aquatic Warehouse is building my refugium out of a 30 gal tank. I need a skimmer (I'm leaning towards a euro rs-100 due to hight restrictions).

I noticed alot of people live in NE San Antonio. If anyone would be willing to show me their system that would be fantastic. If there are any meetings I would like to drop in as well.

Thanks in advance for information,
Mike :)

WELCOME. There are meetings every month. Admission is free of course, but if you would like to support MAAST, the cost is a mere 25 bucks. Where in NE San Antonio do you live (since NE side seems to encompass half of the city)???

I just got my 140 up and going and you're more than welcome to take a look. I live off of Redland Rd just north of 1604 and fairly close to bstreep and Ace. Maybe make a trip out of looking at all three and getting design ideas. Texreefer is very close to you and so is Seamonkey if he happens to see this. Both of those setups are excellent.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I just got back from Texreefers house. Wow, what a nice tank. Mathias your right, run would be the smart thing to do. Just kidding, I've done crazier things.

I'll try to PM others to see what's out there.
