RO/DI ? and hookup help

I just got a RO sytem from a friend of mine and I am not sure if it is just RO or RO/DI. How do I find out? Also I want to hook it up in the garage coming off of the washer. I have the y splitter already but I need the hose bib adapter like the one here http://www.buckeyefieldsupply.com/showproducts.asp?Sub=109&showspecials=109 . The fourth one from the bottom. I already went to lowes and they told me that they do not have them there.

You talking about the hose bib splitter? If so, that should be a piece of cake to find. The Di cart will be the one with the granular looking material in it. Got a pic? oops, never mind, lol, you need the adapter, probably gonna have to get that online.

Where can I get a hose bib splitter? No pic, because I can not find my camera.

Hose bib splitters are in the garden section by the hoses. The ones that hardware stores sell have ball valves on them.

I talked to Louis at Aquatic Warehouse and he led me in the right direction. When I went to Lowes they did not have the Hose bib adapter in the size that I needed. But when I checked Home depot they did. It was also cheaper than ordering online. Thanks for the help.
