well, to make a long story short, christy had some benefits points she didnt know about from when she used to sell drugs (she was a drug rep before becoming a stay at home mom). we found out about them this week and when we looked in the catalog of things to choose from here is what we were able to get :D (sony A100 DSLR)
picked up some extra ram and an extra internal hard drive to handle the pics from this 10.2 Mpixel beast :)
battery is charging now - maybe some pics this evening

That's cool! I just started getting into photographya few months ago, there are a few forums/sites for that also. The one that I like is www.texasphotoforum.com, it has some nice people who aren't too critical on there. Macro lenses are the only way to go when you have a tank....

No problem, glad it helped.
Congrats on the new camera. Looks like you have learned quickly. I will have to come check the camera and the tank out sometime soon!
Say I have a question on the first picture in the first set.
I have searched all over & the best I could determine is that might be an Acropora babyious or perhaps an Acropora hobogatotiny?? LOL.

Acropora babyious or perhaps an Acropora hobogatotiny??
I think I have found the scientific name for it ( HoboChristyPora ) it is a Hybrid. It is formed by takeing a frag from top quality parent stock and then super glueing them together (Locktite is recommended) once a good bond is achieved it is put into a seperate holding tank, and the parent stock form a good bond on the new frag. When the time is right for unveiling to the world the creators introduce it to the hobby. Then....... after manymany years this new frag may produce its own Hybrid, thus carriing on the original genitics From Hobogato (Ace) and Christy. HAPPY REEFING

Ahhhh, yes... I see now. Thanks for the detailed explanation. ;)
So, based on this input and further searching I believe we are close to identification.
"Acropora aceicristyoffspringisyoungie"
Very rare and worth more all the other acros in the Hobo tank. :D

How about berghia? I don't think they eat feather dusters too? Looks like Instar has some in stock. I would have gone that route if he had them in stock when I was in need.
