I have to say that I have not bought anything from this LFS but...WOW. What a nice looking store. I thought, at first glance, they would only sell tanks. I was very wrong.

They have the biggest selection of fish and inverts I have ever seen. Their livestock all seemed fat and healthy. Every wrasse and goby that I have thought about ordering was on display.

I may definitely come back to stock my new tank. Just wanted to share my awe when walking into this great looking store.

This one? NW Houston off 290, inside the tollway.

Yeah, that's the one. I have to come to Houston for business often and I always pass the store. This is the first time I was able to stop in. Like I said, I have no idea about their service or reputation...but it's a beautiful store and they have a ton of different types of livestock.

I stopped in there once a few years back and thought the place was pretty neat, just expensive. They did have some nice fish and I liked looking at the large tank and pond setup.

they are expensive, especially on dry goods. i wouldn't buy any fish from them. all of their saltwater is on a single system no seperate system for inverts/coral/fish. if yall go to houston, starting at the end of the month, one of houston's premire lfs will be have moved to a larger location. its is called Village tropical fish. the nem store will be called Fish Gallery. this is owned by the same people as Aquarium Environments, who also owns AGE(people who built greenmako's and Naka's tanks). they installed a 4000 gal freswater tank as a display, with custom inserts.

When I lived In College Station and had my tanks etup there I would get soem stuff from them when I was in Houston but they were expensive then. It was a neat store and captexas said I liked the pond setup they have or had.
