Whatis this had this rock for awhile and just noticed it?

after turning off my lights i was shining a flashlight into the tang to find my lobster and brittle star and saw it ive had the rock for awhile now and just now found it deeper into the rock through a diffrent hole i can see part of what i would call a foot but the top looks like a ricordia or mushroom or could it be an anemone?

It's a flower anemone, I have two of those in my tank.
