Has Eric Borneman finished compiling information for his salt study yet?
I attempted to find the results of this study but I come up empty handed or with only partial results. Could someone point me in the right direction please!

If you want to keep up (or talk) with Borneman (or Calfo, Shimek, Pro and a few others) they are on the Marine Depot forums now. It looks like he's finished the study but not provided any results yet:

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the heads up Mike!
Seems like this study keeps dragging on. I was under the impression that at the Houston MACNA the results were the final (tallied) results. I am certainly excited to see what they found out (regardless of the naysayers).

Eric and I haven't finish processing the data yet. In fact it is taking quite a while just to get it all organized in a table that is easy to analyze, let alone make heads or tails of. We are hoping to have a few papers out in the next few months, and hopefully submitting to some peer-reviewed journals by the summer time. Unfortunately, with the amount of info we collected, it will have to be divided up into several publications.

NP!
I agree it looks interesting! We can't worry about naysayers, there are naysayers with EVERYTHING :roll . Hopefully it will have some good practical information!

Good luck with the organization of the information!
What journals or publications were you attempting to publish in? It may be time for a new subscription for me, lol.

That is a good question. The ones coming out soon will be hobby publications, either online or print. The peer-reviewed journals could be anything, I think Eric mentioned something about Science, but I am not for sure. As soon we find out, we will post.
