Does anyone out there make their own food? If so, what kind of recipes do you have?

Hello,
For the fish I use scallops, clams, mussles, and shrimp. And for the reef I use nanochloropsis, Isochloropsis, and cyclopeez. I blend it all together until the consistancy is where I want it, put it into zip lock bags and freeze it. You will find that homemade fish food is much better and cheeper than the store bought stuff.....
I am planning in the next few days to make some more, If you are interested in some just let me know. HTH

Where do you get the vitamins and specialty items?

All of the frozen food should be available through a LFS, if it isn't PM me and I'll get it for you. The shellfish mix here I bought at Central Market but HEB sells a frozen variety. Whole Foods or some other pharmacy should sell the Beta Glucan and Vitamin D.
As for the vitamin soaks again, a LFS in SA should carry them but if you can't find them, shoot me a PM.
