No I don't have one of these but was looking around eBay for a RBTA for my wife (BTW if you know where to get a RBTA local or on line please let me know...she wants one for our Anniversary - in just over a week)
Anyway take a look at this Purple Carpet Anemone (http://cgi.ebay.com/LIVE-CORAL-RARE-PURPLE-CARPET-ANEMONE_W0QQitemZ290029053926QQihZ019QQcategoryZ66 795QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

There are some problems that are associated with a carpet anemone. For one, they have a tendency to sting or eat your fish. They pack a powerful sting. An RBTA or LTA is a much better choice.

I saw that on the eBay listing... defiantly not for me... we just put fish in our tank 120 and we started of with small fish and will be some time before they would be big enough to not get eaten by something that big :>
Figure someone with a big established tank say 360G like the one Dan has would be able make that beautiful thing a homeā¦

They are awesome to look at. I guess its just a matter of whether you have the commitment to plan for and give the room necessary for one.

I can relate...my green carpet ate my fish and trampled all over my coral. Ended up giving it away after it survived a crash.

That ebay Carpet looks like a S. gigantea instead of the usual S. haddoni. Gigantea is a very difficult anemone to keep, not like Haddoni carpet like that of abe77901

I fed mine a piece of table shrimp daily to keep it happy, and I never lost a single fish.

Instar has several large RBTAs in one of his tanks; I'm sure he'd sell one to you.

Good luck getting Instar to turn loose of one of those RBTA's. They are "special." I've been trying for a year.

i know you probably thought this went away, but why did you never return my rubber maid tubs to me? those things cost money ya know.
5 dollars wont cover it this time (which you never gave me in the first place)
each one cost 8 bux at wally world and you have at least 3 of mine.
when do you plan on replacing them, or paying me for them?
