You can build skimmers also. Good to know.

I probably won't make it by this week. I'm busy all week and weekend. How's that hammer frag doing. Mine's begun to grow new heads and split.

well, i finished the skimmer and the sump for the classroom setup as well. for scale, those are 13" tiles on the floor.
the sump is 6.5' long X 20" wide X 18" tall.

27 @ 20 gallons each. 3 of those will be fuges, the rest will be for groups of kids to stock and maintain

I don't know if you've built one of these before, but trying to keep a tall beckett adjusted with ball valves, especially trying to balance 2 outputs, is not going to be easy. You might consider combining the the outputs into one big gate valve. Also, personally I wouldn't consider using a mag pump for a big skimmer; it'll work waaayy better with a decent pressure pump, maybe an iwaki 70rlt or pan world the same size, if you're using 6" tube and the total height is about 4 feet.
It looks good; I'm just passing on some experience. BTW, I can't see how you have the air adjustment to the beckett housings.

thanks matt. i have the air valve on the top of each beckett chamber. i chose the mag pump because i am using a mag12 on my single beckett, and it is working fine. if it doesnt work well once i set it up, then i will know to switch the pump first.
