I know they can be found in the sargasm that ends up on shore, but I was wondering if it's too late in the year to find them, I'm in the Galveston area.

Seahorse and Pipefish make a permanent home in the Sargassum. However, seasonal shifts in currents, winds and storms bring more or less sargassum to the beach.
