I think I found some of those just recently and I picked them up. These are "Red People Eaters" and I think they are the same exact ones in the very first post of this thread, I just don't have as nice of a camera.

Here they are:

Here they are with just actinics, sorry a little grainy my camera doesn't like this spectrum too much:

Yours look more like RPEs than the first ones do. people eaters have very very short skirts and really big polyps. The first ones dont look quite in proportion to a normal people eater IMO.

Something else I noticed on these RPE's is that there is green variegated/striped tissue as they close up underneath their tentacles.

Shown here:

I looked really close at TexasTodd's pic and I kinda saw something similar shown here (this is a zoom from TexasTodd's pic above)

Sorry guys I was out of town and no access!

Man, I think they may be gone already.

I think they were $149.00 for that rock that seemed like a lot.

Worth it?

Yep, they're GONE. Not to me though.

That's how it goes. You snooze, you lose. :)

Those are real cool. i am currently growing a colony of chocolate skirted flourescent red centered zoos. they have silver specks in the red area!!. The colony started with one polyp on a piece of LR. I have been spot feeding it for about a year and have over 40. Almost time to frag.

yeah, they were sold to me as palys, but they are shaped like people eaters of some kind.

If you want i can split it with you and trade you something. There are ten polyps. So 5 for me 5 for you if you like. And i can take the zoo rock in back and break you off a frag like I had intended to before.
