Very nice work. Please keep us informed of your progress. I would love to see it once it is completed. This project is taking DIY to the next level.

Yea, I was wondering if that was aragocrete or foam.

it is great stuff sprayed over an egg crate skeleton and spinkled with crushed coral. 100# of live rock will rest on the shelving.. after a few months it will be very hard to tell fake from real

water tested system today and works great except i realized i need a couple of siphon breaks my returns are too low in the water and my sump cant handle the backflow. plus i have alternating returns and when one shuts off it siphons water back out of the return.. should be an easy fix.... sure nice to see that the plywood tank i built from scratch has held water on the first test.... :D

I use this one all the time at least for 20 years. Neat idea on the tank.

first major snag!! one of my return bulkheads is has a hairline crack and leaking. because of the foam and the construction of the plumbing, this will set me back about a week in the final setup :cry
