Way cool pic. I should take a pic of my new grill that was tossed off the patio and into the yard last night.

Mark, those are awsome! I love lightning!

I've been ****ed as all the storms down here have been in the middle of the night lately....don't get to watch them.

I heard that the roof of Joe's Crab Shack at I-10 and DeZavala got ripped off last night.

TexasTodd - Ya just gotta stay up real late and call in sick the next day! LOL.
Gary - I heard that too. I imagine they will have photo's of the damage today.

It was very, very windy here and we got almost 4" of rain. TV said there was Softball size hail nearby but, we had no hail (that is ok!). I think my pond should have a good amount water in it now. Catfish will be happy!

Lots of "Sky" horizontal lightning in this storm but, there were some nice verticals.

This shot would have been the cool shot of the bunch. But.... (It is OOF and overexposed) Oh Well it happens.

Well Todd, you wouldn't feel that way if YOUR wife's BMW got caught in a hailstorm! :sick About $1500... :o

We had 2 1/4" here, but I think it all came down in about 30 min. We had some pea sized hail but nothing big enough to cause much damage besides knocking down a lot of leaves and ball moss. That was probably as much due to the wind as the hail. One of my neighbors lost some shingles.

Bstreep---key problem being "Wife's". :) If it were mine I'd say "heck, still drives the same and $1500 to do???" :)

That does suck.

Ya, it was windy big time here.
