Well I had a single experience with them but not with live stuff. It was a very good experience where I bought a MH bulb and it came almost packed too well, meaning it came in a larger box I guess for safety, and came very quickly.

I bought my Mantis shrimp from them a couple of years ago, still alive today!!

Thinking back I believe that I added some zoos to the order because it made sense because the shipping was the same. Everything was packaged well and it shipped on time.

I have bought 2 of these nano soft packs as they are great. Not just little frags but small colonies. I get them acclimate them for about a week then frag them and split them between my tanks. I think you will be happy.

I bought my RO/DI from them and one of the black clamps were broke so I called them and they sent me 2? no questions asked. Never bought live from them though, sorry!
