I have 100 baby star fish in my tank. I have the brown one with the round body don't even know the name. what should i do? I have a lion fish and a carpet enemine<wrong spelling but i am in a hurry. i have 1 momma star fish and some corals. what should i do to protect them? like get them out and put them in another tank or should i leave them? I have no clue how the thing did it.... i guess they have baby's alone... :wacko

those are most likely asterina stars, they're hitchhikers, and most likely came in on your liverock. some people consider them pests, others never have problems. they won't get any bigger than they are, but may continue multiplying.

no dude these are the baby star fish from my star fish! I mean exact replicas. I saw my star fish today like on it's tips spread out between 2 rocks. I was like thats strange usually she's on the sand or on the rock she was up on tips strattled between 2 rocks and I swear they are baby star fish her baby's. I have no clue what to do. I just took the name you mentioned and went to altavista.com and did a image search it's not them. Thank you so much for a quick response.
