Hi All,
I had to share this for anyone looking to buy an RO/DI unit. I ordered the 5-stage Mako system last weekend (3/11). When Ram Puppy and I went to install it on Saturday, the connection between the Sediment stage and the carbon stage had a gushing, full flowing leak. Turns out the connection between the 2 stages was broken. I made a call to AquaFX and talked to Mary Ann, they are sending me a new unit!! This issue was NOT anything in AquaFx's control, this was a carrier (starts with a U, ends with an S) issue. Since all units are pressure tested before being sent, there is no way this could have been release with that bad of a leak.
You know, good customer service is a hard thing to come by these days, it seems. AquaFX is the exception to that all to common rule. Order with confidence. You will be taken care of!!
