was looking at the tank when the lights switched to actinic only and decided to snap a few - about half turned out ok, but not like i wanted.

Cool how some of the zoo's and other red corals stand out.

yeah, and the camera isnt really catching it well. if you just hold up the yellow filter and look its way better.

I will have to read more about how that filter is suppose to work. I have never used the biofloresence filter. Maybe I will get one to play with?

playing with the camera settings a little and getting better shots. here's a full tank with actinic - yes those red shrooms are really that red - this photo is un-editted. :)

and just blue LED moonlight - this one is still just a little too bright and too much light blue showing.

i got them from a guy that was selling off his system about a year ago - never seen any others this red. pm my about a frag.
