If I am to follow the link on the left "BOD Updates" why does it stop in July '05 ? Is the board slacking here too?

Yes, we are slacking here too ;) Sherri was carrying Treas & Sec duties, she has started school and time is short. Starting off the first BOD meeting this year with Sherri as Treas and Brian assigned as our new secretary. Hopefully this spreads out the load a bit and we can be a bit more timely in the future.

Oh BTW - The missing minutes were from last year, so I guess the old BOD was the one slacking :lol ;)

Ohhh ... ouch got me there puff daddy, but you were in charge at this time too because I had other personal things to tend to. You are in the helm now and its still not updated. :innocent
