why cant I post pictures?

I tried to post some pics and it said that I reached my upload quota.What is that? :huh

Either your photo file size is too large and exceeded the maximum requirements or you have uploaded too many photos in your gallery and have exceeded your space. Since it looks like you are just a web member, you need to reduce your photo file size (on the basis that charter members get the privilage of having gallerys and web members do not).
