I am starting my do not buy from them they suck campaign. I bought a brand new un-opened Wavemaster Pro (inc receipt) from a MAAST member and after 6 mo's it died, they say since "I" did not buy it they will not warranty it. I gave them all the info including purchase receipt and their reply is:

I am sorry but we can’t do any thing for you, short of you buying the pump. We don't replace any unit or unit parts when they aren't bought at a store or on line.

I replied back to the last e-mail and they haven't even bothered to respond back. I know there are many, many people who have and love their products but the lack of explanation and the fact they aren't in any way concerned or willing to help makes me say they suck. Also note (which I pointed out to them) their attention to detail and concern for their customers by replying about my "pump" when the item purchased was not a pump and never was the word pump ever mentioned/typed anywhere.
