I have got to share this with you guys because this is one of the best examples of going "Above and beyond" in customer service I have ever seen!!!

As many of you know, Frederick, aka "Polkster13", is now operating Coral Reef Bazaar and is doing the lighting business that Greg / 360 Reef used to. I have had a warranty issue with a product purchased through Greg and Frederick has hands-down taken care of this situation! To top that off, I have purchased 2 USED T5 retros from him and I could not get 1 to work.
He is located in Lago Vista (beyond N. Austin) and I am located just outside New Braunfels. This past Saturday, he and his super cool wife came TO MY HOUSE to fix this used setup!!!! It just does not get any better than that and I want to sincerely thank them for doing this.

I encourage you guys to allow Frederick to help you out when you have any lighting needs / issues and I think he also sells other "Uncommon" items. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, it is very much worth it!!!!

Thanks for the very nice complements.

Carl, my store is an online store operated from my house (I don't have a B&M store front), but I do allow people to come over (by appointment only) to check out my stuff. If you are ever in the Cedar Park/Lago Vista/Lake Travis Area, call me.

Thanks again,

Frederick

The existing web site is www.CoralReefBazaar.com and I mostly just have the reef lighting on it as we are in the process of redoing the web site. Once that is done, I will list the rest of the dry goods and live stock. If you see anything on the old web site, give me a call to place your order.

I like to talk to Jason because we have soon common backgrounds and like a lot of the same things. His father and my father were cast from the same mold. Unfortunately they didn't break the mold!

Don't worry Polk......I strapped TNT to the mold soon after I was old enough to crawl! LOL

Didn't mean to jump the gun on the new site....just EXCITED!!!!
