Hey all,

I'm a MARSH member that will be making a business trip to Austin in October and I was wondering if there was anyone that would be interested in a small swap? I could bring a few frags from Houston and then I would like to take a few frags back with me.

Joshua, I've watched your zoas for months and would really like to get a few frags from you :)

I'm still working on dates and times, but was hoping there would be some interest. The only thing I have fraggable at the moment is this:

what kind of corals would you be looking to trade for? i've got all kind of mushrooms and lps that i'd be happy to trade for some of that.

I'm mostly looking for zoas, candycane and maybe a hammer or frogspawn, but I need to make sure my tank is stable before the last two. My tank is not mature enough yet for SPS. Oh yeah, the more colorful the better :)

Definitely not photshopped, it is actually just a jpg from my 5MP digital camera. The lighting is 2 175W MH 10K XM bulbs and 2 110W VHO super actinics. The skirts are actually a tiny bit more yellow than the picture, but the center color is very accurate. They are my favorite zoa so far, of course I only have 5 color varieties.

I have been taking them to Carlos at River City Aquatics, but since you are from out of town and don't frequent this area I don't see a problem with selling you some. Looking forward to visiting with you.

I wouldnt mind a frag of those zoas. I have candy canes, zoas and frogspawn.

Hey all,

I couldn't bring any frags with me this time, maybe October, but I am in Austin today and will be making the fish store rounds most of the day. It is always cool to meet fellow reefers, if you see a big dorky looking guy wearing a MARSH shirt, that is me, feel free to say howdy!

Why don't you try to make one of our MAAST meetings in the near future. You can arrange several trades at the meetings.

Definitely an interesting idea and I'll keep an eye on the MAAST meeting schedule, but I usually make it to Austin/San Antonio only once a year. This year is twice with my October trip coming up.

Good suggestion though...I'm off to check the schedule
