Skimmate after 3 days

Here is the skimmate cup after 3 days with Pete's skimmer. Its doing an awesome job. Now either a- its an awesome skimmer, or b-my tank was dirty, i'm going with a.

Well ... its looking good and after some tweaking on mine I too have to choose "A". ;) :)

I really wish I could get mine to produce like yours... I just can't get any constant output. I hate the idea but I might have to add a submersible pump for this thing

Have you tried to take it out of the sump "temporairly" and run it like that? Just set it on a bucket or something. It cant hurt as you have tried most everything else ...

Well... the way its packed under the stand it would be major PITA and even if it did work it wouldnt be a solution since it cant "live" out from under the tank. I could always sell the sump and start all over :(

P.S. When I say it cant live out from under that tank I of course mean that my wife would kill me and if I die then the tank dies!!!
