I have a 20L setup and dont want to loose any corals so i wont be draining to get it drilled. Any one know of a good DIY site so i can try to build my own over flow box.

If you find that the cost is a bit too high to try DIY (and get it right)...you could buy this from eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=46310&item=4384431 062&rd=1)

I made an overflow for the same sized tank out of PVC for about $15. Doesnt look bad and works well. Never loses it siphon. I have tried to make it fail while testing. I will try to find the link tonight. It takes up less room in your tank than an overflow box. If you are interested I will post more later tonight.

Not as complicated as it looks. I also made a half of one of these with larger pipe for another tank.
