Right now I am working on moving everything from my nanocube to my 45. The 45 is cycled and readings are getting close to where I want them to be. I was going to give it another week or so to get everything leveled out a little better, but Sunday when my light turned on over my nano it did not fire up all the way. I tried switching the light on and off a few times with no luck. Its time for a new bulb. Its running at about 60-70% I dont quite have the money to buy a MH for the 45 until this weekend and I sure dont want to buy a bulb for my nano only to get rid of it in a couple of weeks.

Which would be better; leave the corals under nano lighting until the weekend, or move everything to the 45 which has 2 T-5 bulbs over it right now.

Thanks,
Mike

Tough call, what are the parms in the 45?

I hope the PC you gave me isn't what would have saved you >_<

Ca is at 450 KH 8.0 PH 8.1ish Nitrate < 5
Steve I think that bulb puts out about as much light as this one is putting out now. The bulb I have on my nano is one of the quadlamp 96w bulbs.

Thanks,
Mike

Go for it! Watch the Nitrates and do a water change if needed.

Now what is the best method of moving everything. Should I move rock, water and livestock over to the new tank, or should I acclimate any?
