Anyone know where to find plastic eggcrate? Lowe's apparently does not carry it...

At either Home Depot or Lowes you have to really search for the stuff. I know at the Lowe's by my house it is way on the back aisle with the drop ceiling tile stuff towards the lumber section. At the HD near me, they don't have much, but it's right next to all the flourescent lighting. Of course every store is laid out a bit differently so you may still have to do some searching. I think I walked my Lowe's 3 times before finally seeing it!

I'm not sure they call it egg crate. Its by the 2'x4' recessed ceiling plastic florescent light shields in a little slot. Be sure to use the plain flat white and NOT the chrome plated stuff if its for use in salt water. Bth HD and Lowes carry it but quite often don't have it on the shelf.

If you are using it for plenum then just go to Finaddict. I bought the entire plenum ready to go from Felipe.

Ask for light "diffusers" not eggcrate.

LOL, yeah, what JimD said. Sometimes with construction materials it helps to use the right lingo. They probably thought you needed some crates to box up your eggs! :P
