ID please

I have a mushroom I think of somekind. It looks like a fuzzy mushroom but its way more fuzzy then they usually are. There is no neck to the polyp either, I have no idea what it is. Does someone else know?

Nope, dont have a camera. The closest thing I can think of to describe it would be a really small carpet anemone.

Mojano anemones? Does it look like a bubble anemone? About the size of a nickel?

No not the small, about two to three inches across. There are two right next to each other.

maybe something like either one of these? the small green shroom is about the size your talking about while the one on the bottom is much larger and draws up into a cup shape when the lights go down to actinic only.

It doesn't "cup when it closes it just shrinks some. It's exactly whats in Smellybrads picture.

thats at least the 5th different looking neon green frilly mushroom I've seen... I think that alan at Tx Tropical said best when he said... "its sounds like some sort of mushroom thingy"
