Those of you with seahores likely know about Diamox for gas bubble disease.

I don't think I really need some right now, but I'm going to get some to have on hand. If I were to need it, I'd likely need less than a pill, not a full bottle of 100

I'm ordering some either way but if someone would like to split a bottle (as many as 50 ways or so) let me know.

Funny only cause it's not an emergency story - it was suggested I try to get my vet to write a prescription for it (it's a human prescription only emphysema drug mainly). My vet's office at first thought I was joking. I spoke with them directly this morning explaining. I wish I would have waited until I was face to face to ask and see her face. She was unable/willing to write a prescription for a pet she didn't treat and suggested I go ahead and order online - I guess it's from Canada.

The brand name is Diamox, product acetazomide.

For humans, there's a desciption for use on the link above.

For seahorses, it's used for treatment of bouyancy issues.
If you can obtain some, I'd be very interested, again just a couple 250 mg pills would suffice me (I hope) for a long time.

I would like to go in on it, also, if possible.
