How many of y'all use them and what do they do?

I use them to remove "toxins" when I have a tank problem. Also run them occasionally in my softie tank to reduce the toxins from the warfare.

Anytime I see a problem with my tank I have two initial reactions - water change and then run lots of carbon. Makes everyone happy.
