Attaching Cap

I'm going to pick up my new cap from Sean very soon... it's not attached to anything so I'm not sure what to do with it.

Whats the prefered method of attaching this to
#1. Rock
#2. Glass

Obviously I can remove the rock to attach it, but if I decide to attach to the glass how would I do it under water?

Just set it in the place you want it and it will attach itself in a week. If you have to attach it just use superglue GEL on the bottom and glue it to the rockwork.
