Lights went out in SA-HELP!!!

I have MH's and one of the lights went out. It is a hamilton setup, its not the bulb.
Anyone know of a local place I can take the unit to get serviced, maybe its the ballast or something??? HELP!!! :unsure

have you changed the bulbs from one to the other to confirm its not the bulb? Did you check the wiring to make sure its getting a good connection? How old it the ballast?

yeah, thats how i know its not the bulb, not certain how old they are, i actually just got them about two months ago from somone off ebay. i believe they're 1-2 years old.

Hmmm check the wiring vrey well to make sure there isnt just a bad connect. Other than that I think that the electricians on the website will ask which hamiliton it is... maybe it can be serviced, but I doubt it :(

ok, the light comes on VERY FAINTLY, so dim that it looks off when the other light gets to full brightness, does that say anything?
