Ok... so is the meeting the 21 or 22 of May? The orginial post says May 22nd (Sunday)... but if you look at the title of thread, it changes after Misti's original post.

Also, if you look at the thread below, it states the meeting is May 14 @ FinAddict.

Very simple from Austin.
Take 35 South until you get into San Antonio then take the Oconner exit and go right.
Take a left on Nacogdoches (there will be a Whataburger on the corner to the right).
Store will be at the first traffic light(Higgins) as you come down Nacogdoches, there will be a Ryans Steak House across the street and the store is next to Toms Ribs.

Hey all

As with many this was my first meeting. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great frags, great bargins and many friendly faces!

I would like to thank Fin-Addict for putting on an event like this and providing me (and the rest of us) with bargins-a-plentiful. I was able to purchase some dark colored zenia and purple with silver centered zoa's (I think, they haven't quite opened all the way). I would also like to thank Fin-Addict for the gift certificate that I won. I was able to buy an extra five pounds of LS, :) !

I would also like to thank Cliff and HoJo for going out of their way for me and helping me out!

To Gary, I heard you calling my name for the SPS tank but I was in line trying to pay and I wasn't about to get out of it, :lol ! Don't feel bad Gary, I can't house any SPS anyways.

Again, thanks to everyone and I'll be looking forward to the next meeting (hopefully in a cooler setting :roll ).

A huge thank you to Sarah and Felipe for allowing our herd to trample your store. :D Man, there was a lot of people there! Even though it was hot (too many bodies crowded in a small place; actually the store is quite large, just not big enough for over 70 people) the meeting was great. By the way, what was the final count on attendance. I think this may have been the largest turnout of the year.

I was able to meet several people whom I have only been able to talk to via these threads. Really great to put a face to a name. Unfortuanately, I was not able to spend more time with everyone.

Anyway, another great meet. Looking forward to the next one.

Yes I agree, the event went well, even smoother than the first one. I do suggest the next meeting there be held during a cooler time of year though! The fans helped a little >_<

I think the next Fin-Addict meeting should be in August. That way it will be REALLY hot and no one will want to come, then I get first crack at everything. LOL Just kidding. I seem to remember it being rather warm at the last FA meeting we had. Not as hot but still warm. You put that many reefer-addicts into a room and it gets hot. Then you add tanks full of water and nice corals and then everyone heart starts racing and the temp goes up even more. LOL
