I can second this. My order didn't arrive until 8:30 pm (I guess I am on the outskirts of lone-star's delivery area), but everything did well. I lost one crab (the others were munching on him when I opened the bag), but everything I put in the tank lived just fine. The shipment was extemely well packed, and their prices are very reasonable. And since it is in Texas, the shipping is very cheap.
