Advise on 20 gal

I want to get my 20 gal going as an aggressive tank. I want a fuzzy lion. Is it possible to run a SW tank with an Emperor 400 as the filtration? Do you just do more frequent water changes with smaller aquariums? Basically, how does one keep a nano?

I kept a nano with one of those filters. You just have to do more water changes. I had an aquaclear 300 and I used it as a refugium. I took everything out and added caulerpa. I bought a small power compact and it worked great as a nutrient export.
