HEB Shrimp

I just picked up some shrimp and scallops from HEB. Should I shell and deviene the shrimp?

Man that eel really LOVED those scallops. Went ballistic on them.

Remove the shell and that is it.

I soak my shrimp in Zoe or selcon for a few hours first.
