I have an LTA that has been in my tank for about 3 weeks. He is secured to the bottom of the tank. He is under a 175W MH and 2 VHO's. He has never moved and eats every time I feed him. However, he only gets big under moon lighting.... He will spend all day all closed up, pulling himself under the rock he is near, but get big at night.. Is it me or is this backwards? If so, what am I doning wrong or what should I change? Thanks

Too much light for him. Give him time...he'll adjust. I've got a flower that does the same thing. I've had him for a couple months and this week is the first time I've seen him come out all the way (not like Don-n-sa's yet but better than it has been). Im no expert but this is my best guess.
