Hey guys..I was wondering..if, 10.4 watts per gallon was good to keep a BTA...Ive never been a true believer of the whole watts/gallon philosopy..its my last resort..Thanks all..oh, its a 25 gal tank..

250 watts in a 25 gal. is more than enough light for anything you want to put in there including anemones, clams, and SPS. Some low light corals might not like that much light.

Yeah, 10.4 WPG is adequate for a BTA

well, since i posted i was selling my 24 in. PCs..and nobody wanted them..lol..i decided to put one infront of the other on my 25..but they dont fit all the way..one of the fixtures comes out an inch (exactly) off the edge of the tank..is that bad, or would the anemone be getting enough light?

You are talking about using the 24" PC's instead of a MH on the 25 gal.

I'm assuming its a 2 X 65 watt fixture. That's a little over 5 watts/gal. That would still be good for a RBTA. I have mine under VHOs in a 75 gal at almost 6 watts/gal (440 watts). A 75 is a lot deeper than your 25 so you are still ahead of me by a bit.

awesome, thanks Gary..Yeah, they are 2-24 in. 65 watt PCs..the tank is 16 inches deep,,the only thing im worried about is that one of the fixtures comes off the edge for an inch..
