I have 1800 gph of flow in my 55g. 800 gph solid flow, the rest on a wavemaker...... Is this too much? I had to re arrange my tank to find lower flow areas for some of my corals getting beat up. Is this a problem?? Thanks

Nah, lots of flow is good as long as your fish aren't plastered to the side of the glass.

LMAO
Man, Joshua...you are on a roll today...heheh :-D

Actually, on a more serious note, you will be able to tell if your corals are getting too much flow by their appearance. If they shrivel, or look generally ticked off (no polyp extention), then you should move them or reduce flow. There is a book on coral placement, and what particular conditions they do best in...anybody remember the name?
