Ok, I'm tired of buying 0.07 OZ tubes of Super Glue Gel that only have 0.00000007 OZ of glue in them :x
My best experience so far is with Loctite brand Super Glue Gel. Is there a source for LARGE bottles of this stuff, or LARGE bottles of another brand that works good for reefs?

I have not been able to find one ... and I think its because the tube will dry up before you use it in most applications. There are a couple reef sites online that sell it in larger tubes.

Has anyone ever tried Flash Glue (http://www.flashglue.com/HTML/NHP_frameset.html) and any suggestion on which one to buy?

I've used those. It seems like they have the same amount of glue as the regular tubes, but they are easy to use.

If any of the Flash Glue (http://www.flashglue.com/HTML/NHP_frameset.html) products are appropriate, they are $32.95 for a 16oz bottle :-D , not that's a lot-o-glue :-D :-D
Their thick products specify "Similar" to Loctite No. 416 or 403? I also sent Loctite a message asking if 416 or 403 is the same as the retail Gel Super Glue. There are also sites selling large bottles of Loctite products, but also by product No?

Try http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXPT39&P=ML . Most model shops also carry CA glues in bottles up to 2 oz and with different cure times.

Any place that sells radio controlled airplanes should have CA glue in 2, 4 and larger ounce bottles. It comes in thin(like alcohol), medium and thick(gel). Store unopened bottles in the freezer and they keep forever. After opened, if you keep it closed good it will last about a year.

I have recently been using 20g (.70oz) gel tubes of zap-gel and SCI brand gel. They both work very well and run in the $6 range. I have also been using the cheaper CA glue for zoos and shroms. They can be found at most Hobbytown stores.

the best super glue in my opinion is called Hot Stuff . You can get it at Woodcraft in SA its available in 2oz bottles and comes in three diffrent thicknesses ( the thicker the slower curing)

I ordered several 2oz tubes of Norpak NHP 332 Flash Thick Cyanoacrylate, I'll let y'all know how it works?
Also received a response from Loctite regarding their comercial size product equivalent to ther retail "Super Glue Gel":
"Steve, Prism Gel 454 (item # 45440 - 20 gram tube, # 45474 - 200 gram tube, 45478 - 300 gram cartridge for use with a standard caulking gun..etc) is equivalent to the retail gel 82196. 454 only comes in tubes and cartridges, not bottles. You'll find distributors for 454 by visiting the Distributor Locator link found on the home page at www.loctite.com"
Hum ".... for use with a standard caulking gun", that should do it :o

Hope I don't need many - best price I've found for the 300g caulk tube is $170  I can't imagine using Super Glue in a caulk gun, but I guess somebody uses it???

If you get a bigger bottle of CA it would be really wise to also get a big can of acetone. It bonds skin instantly, regardless of how slow the cure time is!!!

The glue ESV sells in called Zap-Gel and can be found at most hobby stores. I have used it and it is very good. A 20g tuge will run around $7-9.
