I would put 100 in a tank that size easily and get a bunch of extra empty shells for them if you small snails as well.

Right now all I have is around 100 turbos. They are not getting the job done.

Whether or not you need nassarius and ceriths is dependent on whether or not you are running a sand bed...

When you say they are not getting the job done are you talking about not cleaning the glass enough, not eating hair algae enough, or? Hermits are generally better at eating annoying algae than snails are. I haven't ever seen 'reeftopia turbo' snail eat hair algae... just the filamentous algae that can be seen growing on the glass and rocks.
Remember my 115 when I had it all up and running? I had 200 turbos snails, 150 nassarious snails, two emerald crabs, and tons of annoying algae... my issue was my old lights and a TDS reading of 10 from my top off water....

Yeah, I remember that. My problem right now is hair algae. The turbos are doing ok on the glass, but I have some hair on the back glass and on some rocks. So I guess I need to change up my order.

FYI those are not the same Turbo snails you may be used to. these are the small ASTREA turbo snails, not the huge turbo grazers you can find at many other retailers. Don't get me wrong, they are great, I've had hundreds of reeftopia astreas throughout the years.

I am struggling to know who is splitting what with whom. If there are folks who need split, I am interested in:

~50 small blue leg
~20 cerith snail
~30 astrae snail
~20 nassarius snail

The numbers can be flexible depending what is available in the groups being split (I would rather be lower than higher on most of the numbers).

Ed I would think doing a lot order of 600 @ 108$ would work for me. Mike if you dont want the extras I will take them. 200 @ 36$ Sounds good to me. Maybe I am thinking in the wrong direction. I could really use the extras. Lets think it out.
