Just wondering what the key water parameters are to establish if I want my shrooms, GSPs and zoos to grow/spread quickly. My nano has several varieties I'd like to frag or transplant into our 100g. I want to propagate them by letting them establish on small pieces of rock that are nearby...what are the parameters that are most important for good growth?
Thanks,
Chris

Same as for just about anything! Amm, Nitrite, nitrate, all at zero, Alk, 7-11 Dhk, Ca 375-450 Ph- stable as possible. I dunno, nuthin special. You lookin for specific information. Zoos, shrooms and just about everthing else appreciate pristine water conditions, or as close to it as possible, cept for clams, they like some nutrients.
