Coris Wrasse

My coris wrasse looks like something broke his back this morning. He cant move the back half of his body :( What would do this?

That sucks, I hate seeing things like that. Did a rock fall maybe?

Since he sleeps in the sand bed, a bristle worm sting can do that. If its not a septicemia or for of mycobacterium (marine TB), then he may recover the injury if it doesn't get infected and he was otherwise healthy. I hope he recovers. The coris wrasses are awesome. What kind is it?

yellow coris wrasse....i bought a pair and the other didnt make it past the first night.....i have another on order but i am rather concerned.
