Robert, I got this from GARF, it was about 1/4 of a polyp. It took a long time to grow into a full-size polyp, but now it is finely spreading (3 or 4 nice size polyps)

Monica, I have a pretty nice Olympus but my pics never come out that well. I just take a lot of pics and eventually a nice one appears. This pic was taken from above the tank. FWIW I like to use the flash, my lights alone always make the pics too blue. I don’t zoom in really close just comfortable and crop the pic after it is on my pc.

I would rather have the blue pics, my camera makes my tank look green, I am gonna try that and see if thay look better. My camera is a sony cyber shot 3.3 mega pixel

If you are having problems with the color when taking pics of your tank, try adjusting the white balance, if you have the option to do so.
