How old is the SeaSwirl? They can be rebuilt.

If I had to guess 2+ yrs. I brought it used at the last meeting I made at your house and that was @ a yr ago.

Can I submerge it is vinegar or will that mess it up worse?

Clean it up in vinegar. Worked for my two.
